The Phoenix Flame is the independent, student-run newspaper of the Academy for Technology and the Classics (ATC). The paper strives to inform and entertain the ATC students, parents, staff and community. Our goal is to provide information in an unbiased and accessible way.

The Phoenix Flame has been established by years of practice as a forum for public student expression. As such, student editors make all decisions  - content or otherwise. No one except the student editors are responsible for the content of the paper, including the ATC administration. More information about our policies can be found here.

We welcome all members of the ATC community to share what they think about any issue that arises at the school. To submit a letter to the editor, email us at [email protected] The Phoenix Flame adviser is Dana Johnson. This year’s editors-in-chief are Olivia Ortega and Ansel Carpenter.
